We have very high hopes for these puppies.  As adults they should reflect the depth of their pedigree and be intelligent but biddable dogs who are strong and agile.  The pups five generation pedigree includes 16 WTCHs, 10 CHs, 5 WTCH CHs, and numerous obedience, agility and stock titles.  And given the best aspects of the individual temperaments of Friday and Ted, these pups should also be focused on building a strong rapport with their owners.

Friday  is an endearing, smart dog who decided that Terry was her "person".  Even though she has a good sense of humor, she takes all of her jobs very seriously including keeping our other dogs in line.  She is powerful and athletic but is also low keyed and is a wonderful traveler and companion.  On stock (we've had her to several cliincs) she is calm and focused and exhibits good instinct.

Jaime Burns - Ted's owner says this about him:
"Ted is a littermate to Bitsy.  He is a tough dog and loves to be around people. Ted is a toy dog, and loves his squeekies. He will protect his territory from other male dogs. He works close but can be pushed out.   He does have pups titled in obedience, stock, agility and many on ranches.  I like what I see in Ted's pups, they have his sweet temperament and athletic ability.   At 12 weeks, they already have interest in stock.   Ted stands out in a crowd because of his dark liver color and bright white.  He is a really neat dog.   Ya gotta meet him to really appreciate him.  He has been shown in conformation to judges that also work stockdogs, he enjoys the trot and treat part. He has long been retired to yard protector, all the birds are required to land outside his yard, and that includes a no bunny zone."

The puppies will be born sometime around December 1, 2007.  We are expecting blacks and hoping for reds as Friday may be red-factored.  COI for this litter is 4.9.
